Brush type self-cleaning filter

This filter offers an optional range of filtering accuracy from 50 to 5000 microns. It features a large filtration area and high pollution absorption ability, and can be customized according to actual working conditions. The cleaning method is simple, with a cleaning cycle monitoring system that enables automatic cleaning and sewage disposal. All parameters of the automatic filter control system are adjustable, and the filter is equipped with a motor overload protection function to effectively protect the motor.

Construction：

The filter adopts a mechatronics design. The automatic self-cleaning filter is composed of several key components: driving mechanism, control pipeline (including a differential pressure switch), main component, filter component, cleaning mechanism, connecting flange, and other main parts. The control part includes an electronic controller, control line, and blowdown valve, facilitating the automatic cleaning and blowdown process. The control pipeline comprises a differential pressure switch, pipe joint, brass pipe, and other accessories. While the conventional filter comes with a stainless steel brush, users can opt for other types of brushes based on different usage conditions (e.g., water temperature, water quality).
