Condensate filter elements, typically covered with powder resin, along with pre-filters, are extensively utilized in power plant condensate water treatment systems for filtration and desalination purposes. These filter elements are installed within the filter, and their surfaces can be coated with fiber powder as well as anion and cation resin powders to achieve effective filtration. The filter is deemed to be in a state of failure when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, the conductivity of the filter effluent, or the silicon content reaches the predetermined set value. To address this, the filter undergoes a process of bursting and backwashing, after which it is readied for further operation through film laying.
Features:
High Filtration Precision:
The relative filtration precision and retention rate exceed 90%, providing a wide range of filtration precisions to meet various application requirements. It offers excellent pollution interception and a longer service life.
Enhanced Compression Resistance:
The internal thread structure enhances compression resistance, ensuring wide chemical compatibility, large flux, and low differential pressure. The filter can be washed and regenerated, making it economical. It is also suitable for sterilization by chemical methods and in-line steam sterilization.
Material:
- Winding Material: PP polypropylene fiber / absorbent cotton
- Skeleton: SS304
- Filter Element Form: Folded
Structure:
Featuring a sparse outside and dense inside honeycomb structure, the filter element has a large dirt holding capacity.
Applications:
food industry, electronic industry, pharmaceutical industry, petroleum and chemical industry, etc.
