Applications:

Trenntech medical sterilizing filter adopts large specific surface area, and is mainly used to prevent impurities and harmful bacteria and microorganisms in the air from entering tanks, production lines, sterile rooms, etc., causing changes in water quality, products and sterile room environment, and meeting the process needs of food, bioengineering, beverage, beer, medicine, electronics and other industries.

Technical description:

  1. Airflow through the filter element, in from outside and out from inside；
  2. Drain port size G1/4″, standard configuration thread plug；
  3. A pre-filter should be configured before the sterilizing filter, and the sterilizing filter element cannot be used for saturated gas containing oil and water；
  4. The maximum operating temperature of the filter element is 120℃, please refer to the instructions for the sterilizing filter element；
  5. The filter housing complies with the GB150 design standard；
  6. The filter element replacement cycle is 6 months or 1000 hours, whichever comes first.
