Melt Blown PP-D Series

PP-D Deltaflow filter cartridge is a large outer diameter, high flow, polypropylene (PP) melt-blown filter cartridge without a core. This series features fused and intertwined polypropylene fibers, created without the use of chemicals or glue. The fibers are randomly bonded to form 3-D microporosity in three zones. Fine fibers ensure efficient particle removal, while coarse fibers provide structural strength. Varying fiber size and density creates the necessary filtration rating. With lower density on the outer surface and tighter pores inward, these cartridges effectively remove contaminants such as suspended substances, particulates, and rust, offering efficient filtration and a long service life. The long service life and high flow rate result in low investment costs and reduced manpower in various applications.
