Melt Blown PP Series

Melt Blown Filter Cartridges feature fused and intertwined polypropylene fibers without the use of chemicals or glue. The randomly bonded fibers form 3-D microporosity in three zones. Fine fibers ensure efficient particle removal, while coarse fibers provide structural strength. Varying fiber size and density creates the necessary filtration rating. With lower density on the outer surface and tighter pores inward, these cartridges effectively remove contaminants such as suspended substances, particulates, and rust, offering efficient filtration and a long service life.
