This process involves passing water with high turbidity through one or several filter media, such as quartz sand, anthracite, or manganese sand, under a certain pressure. This effectively removes suspended chromatin and clarifies the water. Mainly used for water treatment, degreasing, softened water, and pre-treatment of pure water, the turbidity of the effluent can reach below 3 degrees.
Structural Composition:
Comprises main components such as tank body, water distribution system, water collection system, filter material layer, partition (plate) water cap, supporting layer, and internal supporting pipelines.
Includes main pipeline with matching control valve, pressure gauge, and sampling valve.
Filter Media:
Quartz sand and anthracite are used for pressure filtration.
Features:
- Large Filtration Area: High volume of treated water, good operation effect, and low cost of packing.
- Double Filter Material: Reduces running resistance.
- Corrosion-Resistant Filter Material: High porosity, large dirt-carrying capacity, moderate density, and easy to backwash.
- Main Filter Material: Options include Stainless Steel 304, Stainless Steel 316, Q235 Carbon Steel, Q235 Carbon Steel lining. The water treatment capacity of a single unit ranges from 0.5 to 200T/h.
- Strong Interception Ability: Ensures small water loss and good filtration effect.
- High Performance: Efficient in filtering and handling a large volume of water.
Applications:
cooling water treatment, raw water treatment, irrigation industry, paper industry, industrial circulating water, electric sewage, food processing, urban tap water, etc.
