Shallow Sand Filter

This filter consists of one or more standard sand cylinder units, featuring unique water distribution and collection, as well as an automatic flush valve. This setup allows for multiple high-standard sand cylinders to undergo single backflush in normal operation, with automatic process control. The filter boasts small backwash water consumption, convenient installation, and easy operation. It offers large flow capacity and requires no maintenance. Available in both vertical and horizontal series to meet diverse water quality processing requirements.

Construction:

• Unit Specifications: Available from 24 inches (500 mm) to 96 inches (2400 mm) with various installation methods. The filter can function as an independent system using an existing water pump or equipped with its own pump. Multiple processing units can be installed publicly, enhancing system filtering capabilities.
• Backwashing Filter System: Offers manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic modes, activated by a manual button, PLC, pressure difference, or management system. The backwashing cycle and duration are adjustable, with a factory setting of 3 minutes. Control is managed by a PLC for automatic filtering.
